Dubai Courts and the Finance Department Discuss Regulating Service Outsourcing Contracts and Strengthening Institutional Partnerships.

Dubai Courts held an extensive meeting with the Dubai Finance Department as part of its efforts to enhance strategic partnerships and develop institutional work mechanisms in line with the Dubai Government’s vision for excellence and sustainability. This meeting is part of a series of coordination sessions that Dubai Courts conducts with its strategic partners, aimed at developing the outsourcing and institutional partnership framework, adopting best government practices, and ensuring that all contracts comply with the financial regulations and policies approved in the Emirate.

During the meeting, discussions focused on regulating the arrangements related to Dubai Courts’ service outsourcing contracts and aligning these contracts with the financial policies and regulatory frameworks adopted by the Dubai Government. The session also reviewed the outsourcing policy applied with private sector partners and service providers, highlighting current challenges and proposing a set of practical and developmental solutions aimed at enhancing contract efficiency and ensuring compliance with established standards and requirements.

This collaboration aims to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality services, achieve the highest levels of transparency in contract management, and regulate outsourcing operations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
