Lawyer Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Kashwani launched a new legal publication during the 44th edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair, held this year under the theme “Between You and the Book.” The book, titled Provisions of the UAE Central Bank and the Regulation of Financial Institutions and Activities in Light of Law No. 14 of 2018 and Its Amendments up to 2025, serves as a modern and specialized reference in financial and legal matters.

The book offers a comprehensive analysis of the law’s provisions and provides precise interpretations of its articles, alongside an overview of the most prominent practical applications and the latest relevant judicial rulings. It also examines the economic dimensions of the legislation, its role in enhancing the investment environment, and its contribution to supporting sustainable growth. Additionally, the publication discusses the relationship between the new tax system and upcoming requirements for compliance and financial transparency.
